Ana Valdiva

Ana Valdiva has a little over a decade’s worth of experience working in the legal industry and works for Pastrana & García Injury Law as a pre-litigation paralegal. This means she supports our attorneys in their mission of seeking justice for our clients in all cases before they are filed with the Court. 

She says that one of the most rewarding aspects of her job is the opportunity to help people when they need it the most. No one comes to a personal injury law firm for the fun of it; they come because they need help and, most of the time, they don’t know where to turn. 

Offering answers and support during these stressful times is what Valdiva does best, and she brings her whole self to work every day to help our attorneys fight for our clients. Her legal expertise, her analytical skills, her ability to communicate effectively, and her compassion for our clients’ situations make her a valuable addition to the team.
